Sync, share & export
Share your Pokémon collection as a copy or link
Choose Send a copy when someone needs their own version of your collection. Choose View only when they should see your latest cards without changing them, or Keep in sync when you want to edit that collection together. In Eyevo, creating any of these shares requires Pro. A view-only link opens in a browser without the app or a login.
How it works
Send a copy
- They import their own copy
- Later changes aren’t shared
View link
- Read-only in a browser
- Shows the current state
Invite to edit
- Changes this one collection
- You can remove access
Step by step
-
On iPhone or iPad, open the collection and choose ⋯ → Share → Share Collection. On Android, press and hold the collection in your collection overview, then choose Share collection link. Check the collection name at the top of the sharing screen.
-
Choose Send a copy, View only or Keep in sync. For a copy, decide whether to turn on Include saved prices before continuing. Leave it off if the recipient should not receive those saved amounts.
-
Choose Link or file delivery. A copy file can be created without Collection Sync. Import links, viewing links and sync invitations need an internet connection and completed Collection Sync setup. If Eyevo asks you to set it up, finish that step first.
-
Use the share button for the selected mode and send the resulting file or collection-specific link. For a browser preview, send the viewing link directly. Keep your personal device-pairing key and pairing link private; they are for connecting your own devices.
-
Check the result with the recipient. A copy should appear as a separate collection after import; a viewing link should show the right collection without edit controls. For shared editing, both people should open the collection and confirm a small agreed change after syncing.
Send a fixed copy for an independent inventory
A copy is useful when a friend needs your list as it stands today. Send a copy produces an Eyevo collection file or an import link. The recipient uses Eyevo to preview and import it into a new, independent collection. Importing a copy does not require the recipient to join your personal sync.
For example, if you share a binder containing two reverse holo copies of a card, compare that entry after import: set, collector number, finish and quantity. If you later remove one from your own binder, the imported copy still has two. An import link also keeps the snapshot made when you created it; it does not turn into a live inventory.
Include saved prices controls whether the copy contains your saved price amounts. A collection copy is different from a CSV spreadsheet export or a share image. Choose the export guide if the recipient needs Excel or Google Sheets instead of an Eyevo collection.
Send a view-only link when the list should stay current
View only creates a live page for the selected collection. The recipient can browse it in a web browser without installing Eyevo or signing in. Changes appear after your collection has synced; the browser view may need refreshing. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the audience you intend.
Check the page yourself before forwarding it. The preview shows the collection name, cards and quantities. Individual saved prices are not exposed, but a collection total can still be visible. A viewing link is therefore not a promise that all value information stays private.
Use a viewing link when someone needs to browse your cards without editing them. It does not reserve cards, complete a trade or give the viewer access to your other collections.
Invite someone to edit this collection together
Keep in sync is for shared editing, such as maintaining one binder together. The collection’s owner creates the invitation. The recipient needs Eyevo, Pro and an internet connection, then reviews and accepts the invitation in the app. This grants access to that collection, not to every collection either person owns.
After acceptance, compare a familiar card on both devices. Agree on a small change, sync and check that it reaches the other device. Changes and deletions can propagate, so choose View only if the other person only needs to look. A separate copy is better when each person should maintain their own inventory.
End access without confusing links and saved copies
Open Share Collection → Manage sharing for the selected collection. Find the viewing link, import link or sync invitation you want to end and choose Stop sharing. Ending a viewing or import link prevents later access through that link; ending a sync invitation also ends the access granted through it.
Files that only carry a viewing link or invitation still depend on that access. An independent collection copy already downloaded or imported stays with its recipient. Revoking a link cannot retrieve that copy or an image someone saved.
If a link will not open, first check your connection and ask the owner whether sharing is still active. If it was revoked, ask for a new collection-specific share. Do not send your personal sync key as a workaround.
Common questions
Does the recipient need Eyevo Pro?
Creating shares requires Pro. A browser visitor needs neither Eyevo nor a login to use a view-only link. Importing a collection copy needs Eyevo; joining a Keep in sync invitation needs Eyevo Pro.
Can I send a copy without setting up sync?
Yes. Choose Send a copy with file delivery. It creates a standalone collection file. An import link, viewing link or collaborative invitation needs Collection Sync and a connection.
Is a collection link the same as Share Link on a single card?
No. A single-card link opens that card’s public page. Collection sharing sends an independent collection copy, a live collection view or an editing invitation, depending on the mode you choose.
