Invite Friends Program Terms

1. The program

"Invite friends" is a referral program in the Eyevo apps for iOS and Android. It is run by Julian Beck, Theoderichweg 5, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany ("Eyevo", "we", "us"). These terms apply in addition to the Eyevo Terms of Service.

• The program is available where the Eyevo app shows it.
• Taking part is voluntary and free. No purchase is necessary.
• Apple and Google are not sponsors of the program and are not responsible for it in any way.

2. Inviting friends

In the app, you get a personal invite link and code. Share them only with people you know, such as friends and family. The following is not allowed:

• spam, such as unsolicited or mass messages, comments, or posts;
• paid advertising that uses your invite link or code, including search ads;
• posting your code on coupon, voucher, or deal sites;
• inviting yourself (self-referrals);
• using several accounts, installations, or devices to collect rewards;
• bots, scripts, or other automation, and any other attempt to manipulate the program.

3. Accepting an invite

• Only new Eyevo users can accept an invite: within 7 days of first installing Eyevo.
• You accept an invite by opening your friend's invite link or by entering their code in the app.
• Each person and each device can accept only one invite.
• You cannot accept your own code.

4. Your friend's gift

• A friend who accepts your invite gets 50 bonus scans. The gift is unlocked with their first live scan after accepting.
• The size of the gift can differ by platform and may be shown as part of the invite. On some platforms, there may be no gift for the friend.
• A live scan is a card successfully identified with the camera scanner in the app. Scans of photos and cards added by hand do not count.

5. Your reward for inviting

• You get 50 bonus scans for every invited friend who makes at least 5 live scans on at least 2 different days within 14 days of accepting your invite.
• You can be rewarded for up to 20 friends within any 12-month period. After that, friends you invite still get their gift, but you receive no further bonus scans until one of your earlier rewards is more than 12 months old.

6. Bonus scans

• Bonus scans are only used after your daily free scans are used up.
• Bonus scans do not expire.
• Bonus scans have no cash value. They cannot be paid out, transferred to another person, or exchanged for anything else.
• Bonus scans do not unlock Pro features.
• Bonus scans are tied to your app installation. Where the platform supports it, they may be restored when you reinstall Eyevo on the same Apple or Google account; we cannot guarantee this.
• If you delete your referral data, any bonus scans you have left are deleted as well.

7. Fair play, changes, and end of the program

• In case of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms, we may withhold or revoke rewards and suspend invite codes.
• We may change or end the program at any time. Bonus scans you have already earned stay usable.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains which data the program processes. You can delete your referral data in the app at any time: Settings → Invite friends → Delete referral data.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you take part as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
