Track your sealed Pokémon collection
Two booster boxes on a shelf are easy to count. Remembering which edition they are, where you saved them and which value you used takes a little more care. In Eyevo, find the exact sealed product and add the copies you own to a collection. If it is missing, create a custom product instead.
How it works
- Browse sealed products
- Add them next to cards
- Or create your own item
- Set your own value When no price is available
Step by step
-
Open Sealed in Eyevo and search for the product name. Compare the set, product type and language with the packaging in front of you.
-
Check the edition too. A standard Elite Trainer Box and a Pokémon Center version need separate entries; a booster box is not the same item as one loose booster pack.
-
Open the matching product and add it to your chosen collection. Record only the unopened units you own: two matching boxes mean two copies of that box, not the number of packs inside.
-
If the product is missing, use the plus button in Sealed to create a custom product. Add its name, type, language and photo, with the set or release year where useful. Choose a collection and quantity before saving if you want to add it immediately.
-
Open the destination collection and check the saved product and quantity. Leave and reopen the collection to confirm the entry before moving on to the next shelf.
Keep different versions apart
Put similar boxes side by side before entering them. Read the language and edition on each package instead of relying on matching artwork. A tin, collection box and Elite Trainer Box from the same set are separate products.
For two identical boxes and one different edition, save two copies of the first product and one of the second. A dedicated sealed collection can make this easier to check against your shelf. You can also keep sealed products alongside individual cards in an existing collection.
Add a product the catalog does not have
Search first, then create a custom item if none of the results matches. Use a name that will still make sense later, including the edition or retailer version when it matters. A photo helps distinguish similar packaging.
On iPhone and iPad, a catalog product also offers Add a Different Version when you need a starting point for a custom entry. Review the new name and details rather than saving an almost-matching catalog item. Creating a record does not authenticate the wrapping or confirm what is inside.
Use a value you can explain
Not every sealed product has an automatic price. For a custom product, you can enter your own unit value in the displayed currency or leave it blank until you have a useful comparison. Check equivalent unopened products in the same language and edition before choosing a value.
A value you enter is your estimate for the inventory. It is not a guaranteed selling price or a record of profit. Keep purchase receipts separately if you need to know what you paid. Do not substitute the value of the possible cards inside for the value of an unopened box.
Use a photo when it helps you find the product
With Eyevo Pro and a connection, you can start a sealed-product scan to help identify the packaging. Review the suggested product before adding it; the photo does not establish the exact edition for you.
Browsing and creating a custom item remain useful alternatives when the result is wrong or no match is available. This photo flow differs from scanning individual cards with the live scanner.
Keep the inventory in step with your shelf
When you open or sell a box, adjust the saved copies so the collection still reflects the sealed products you own. If you open it, record the cards you decide to keep through the card workflow; do not leave the same box counted as unopened.
Before buying another product at a shop or card show, check your collection for the same language and edition. The useful result is a list you can reconcile with your shelf, even when a price is unavailable.
Common questions
Does every sealed product have an automatic market price?
No. Available products and values vary. Custom products use the value you enter, so review that value rather than assuming it is an up-to-date estimate.
Can I add a product that is missing from the catalog?
Yes. Open Sealed and use the plus button to create a custom product. Give it a clear name, type and language, then choose the collection and copies you want to save.
Should I count a booster box as one item or as its packs?
Count the unopened unit you are tracking. One sealed booster box is one copy of that box product. Record loose packs separately when those are the items you own.
Does identifying a sealed product from a photo need Pro?
Yes. Sealed-product photo identification needs Eyevo Pro and an internet connection. Check the result against the packaging before saving it.
